Refund Policy

Effective: May 9, 2026

1. Eligibility

We offer a pro-rata refund on paid subscriptions (Hobby, Starter, and Pro) within 14 days of payment, provided you have not exceeded the free-tier monthly quota of 1,000 requests during the billing period. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

2. Non-refundable

The following are non-refundable: usage above free-tier quota regardless of plan; one-off custom-plan setup fees; charges incurred outside the 14-day window. The Free plan has no charges and is not eligible for refund.

3. How to request

Email refund requests through contact. We process eligible requests within 5 business days. Bank-side settlement may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

4. Service-level breaches

If we fail to meet the published SLO for your plan in a billing cycle, we issue service credit for the next cycle equal to the downtime as a fraction of total expected uptime. Credits do not accumulate past three billing cycles.
